INTRODUCTION

Linked to the hotel by a covered, air-conditioned walkway, and spanning three spacious levels, the Convention Centre is the venue of choice for international and domestic convention planners. Convention Hall: 4th Floor
Occupying the entire 4th floor of the Convention Centre, the Convention Hall offers a contemporary atmosphere combined with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities. Capable of accommodation up to 2,500 guests, this business-oriented venue is perfectly suited for international events, workshops and seminars. The pillar-less space is flexible enough to provide sic different configurations – Concert, Fashion Show, Banquet, Classroom, Theatre and Reception.
Emerald Hall: 3rd Floor
Located on the 3rd floor of the Convention Centre, the Emerald Hall blends modern and classic design elements to create a refined and inviting atmosphere. Accommodating groups from between 100 and 1,200 guests, the Emerald Hall is perfect for banquets of all sizes as well as seminars, weddings, small scale music concerts and engagement parties.
Diamond Hall: 3rd Floor
Also located on the 3rd floor, the beautifully appointed Diamond Hall offers a more intimate, elegant venue for up to 340 guests. As the Diamond Hall is adjacent to, but separate from the Emerald Hall, guests can move smoothly between events without difficulty.
Reception Areas
Unique to the Convention Centre is its large reception areas located on the 3rd and 4th floors. Spacious and tastefully decorated, these lobbies are ideal pre-event staging points and serve well as a cocktail area, greeting or gathering place. The ambience is further enhanced by the floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which allow an unhindered view of the Convention Centre’s vast landscaped grounds.

Grand Ballroom & Banquet
The Grand Hilton Seoul is the ideal venue for business functions, family parties, conventions and conferences. For large functions, the plush Grand Ballroom seats up to 600 people for dinner or 1,200 people for cocktail parties, offering a refined décor that is complemented by works from renowned French artist.
